To get this New Blogger (ex-Blogger Beta) joke, you'll have to have read a couple of posts and comments on Kirk's blog (this one, and this one).
You might even catch the original at http://www2.blogger.com/video-preview.g if you're quick - no doubt they'll be deleting or changing it at some point.
I like it when Team Blogger let loose their sense of humour. Hope they'll do it more often! (I think the money's on it being Pete rather than Eric or Lexi, but who can tell...)
